Infrastructure renewal of the PHL of the St-Malo Military Complex

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing a project. The work involves replacing the underground tanks T-129 (10,000L diesel) and T-139 (5000L gasoline) with a new aboveground tank separated into 2 equal parts (15,000L gasoline & 15,000L diesel) for a total capacity of 30,000L.

 


Latest update

May 12, 2026 - The Department of National Defence intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, the Department of National Defence is inviting public comments until May 31, 2026 respecting that determination.
