YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Extension of Taxiway D

The project involves the extension of Taxiway D to provide a taxiway parallel to Taxiway A, which services the South Runway (06R-24L), between the apron and a point away from Taxiway V. This new configuration will improve operational fluidity at YUL. In addition, the extension of Taxiway D will make it possible to carry out work for the partial rehabilitation of Taxiway A, whose surface condition requires closures for repair work.

February 24, 2026 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures listed in the Notice of Determination.
