Site Preparation for Trailer Install

BGIS to prepare site for installation of 24X50 trailer, which will be purchased by CBSA and supplied by Corcan.  Considerations for AODA requirements to be included in site design. Below-grade works/excavation is expected (organics and PHC's have been identified and reported on the Federal Contaminated Sites Inventory), and it is required that a mitigation measures form be completed with a focus on this topic.

The project cannot be excluded through the Designated Classes of Project Order when subsurface contamination is reported.

Physical works involved:

- In order to level the site in preparation for a spot for the trailer to sit, excavation is expected.

- Above-grade electrical service will be run from the main building to the trailer.

- Below-grade plumbing service will be run from the main building to the trailer.
