Proposed Project

The proposed subdivision development project will consist of construction of 54 lots, encompassing approximately 15 ha of land. The development will require underground utility installations, site roadways and ditching, and lot grading. The proposed site is located immediately north of an existing subdivision, to which the proposed subdivision roadways would connect with. Erosion control measures will be implemented as required during construction until adequate vegetative growth has re-established. Topsoil will be stripped from all development areas and will be temporarily stockpiled for the duration of construction. Following completion of excavation works, the topsoil will be replaced and the area will be reseeded. All anticipated waste generated during construction activities will be responsibly managed and disposed of at designated landfill facility. In addition, procedures will be implemented throughout construction to prevent potential contamination from petroleum products used for on-site equipment.
