March 25, 2026 — Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Proposed Project
Inside Edge Properties (on behalf of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services) is to execute a project to replace the roof (approx. 1,900 m2) on the existing building at 4200 Labelle Street, Ottawa, ON in spring 2026. The physical work encompasses replacement of the roofing and insulation system, rough carpentry to raise parapets and curbs, installation of sheet metal flashings, sealants, retrofit roof drains, and coordination with rooftop mechanical and electrical services.
