Maintenance dredging - Seaspan Delta
Notice of intent to make a determination – Public comments invited
June 27, 2024 – Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) must determine whether the proposed maintenance dredging, located at Seaspan's maintenance facility, in Delta, BC, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this decision, ECCC is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
