All Spirits Gitga'at – Public Comments Invited

April 6th, 2023Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) must determine whether the proposed All-Spirits Gitga'at, located in Hartley Bay, BC is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC) is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Gitga'at First Nation will construct a Marine Emergency Response and Rescue Facility in Hartley Bay that includes a 650 square foot museum repository called "All Spirits Gitga'at".
