Cook's Ferry Indian Band – Public Comments Invited
April 03, 2023, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation must determine whether the proposed two (2) fourplexes in Cook's Ferry Indian Band is likely to cause significant adverse effects. To help inform this determination, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Cook's Ferry Indian Band is proposing to build Two fourplexes. The construction will include the building and parking areas. Project activities include clearing and grubbing, the installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.
